Important Notes on Delivery Times:

• Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Greece.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, transport disruptions, or peak holiday seasons. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM (EEST) on a business day will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: Typically starts from €3.50 for mainland Greece and may be slightly higher for islands and remote areas.
• Express Shipping: Typically starts from €6.00 and varies based on destination and urgency.
• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €60.00 within Greece. This is a great way to save on your wellness essentials!

Order Processing and Dispatch

Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, our team at Psaxtiri Health & Wellness will carefully prepare your items for dispatch. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes

We are generally able to deliver to P.O. Boxes within Greece. However, please ensure that the P.O. Box address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Delivery to Remote Areas and Islands

Deliveries to islands and more remote locations within Greece may take slightly longer than our standard estimated delivery times. Our shipping partners are experienced in serving these areas, and we strive to minimize any extended delivery periods.

Customs and Duties

As all our shipments are within Greece, there are no customs duties or import taxes applicable to your order. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) as per Greek legislation.
